2015 Skykomish River Fishing Report:
The Skykomish Steelhead run is still going and Reiter ponds trap numbers are pretty good. The lower portion of the Skykomish river closes today 1/31/2015, but from Gold Bar/Big Eddy Access (Hwy. Bridge) to confluence of North and South forks will remain open until Feb 15th. With only two weeks left if you looking for Steelhead, the upper Skykomish is still a good option. The fishing up at the Reiter Ponds hatchery should be the most productive.
